How to order

Frequently Asked Questions
You may order products online or by e-mail. Our website features an e-commerce mechanism, which allows you to order by clicking. Simply click ORDER NOW below the product of your choice.
 

Order Online

Ordering online is the fastest way to place your order 24/7. It gives you the possibility to track your order, use discount coupons and Gift Certificates.

Step 1 - My CartStep 1 - My Cart
After clicking ORDER NOW your product(s) will appear in My Cart located on the top of the website.


Step 2 - CheckoutStep 2 - Checkout
To place an order, click on My Cart. Here you may review the product you are ordering. If you have a discount coupon or Gift Certificate then enter it on the left of this page. To continue, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.


Step 3 - PaymentStep 3 - Payment
The final steps allow you to leave your Name, Shipping Address and choose Delivery and Payment method. Currently we are delivering world wide using DHL or you may pick-up your order in our store. We will estimate the exact price of delivery and inform you by e-mail. For payment you may choose Plastic Card (VISA, MasterCard) or Money (wire) Transfer or Cash.
 


Order by e-mail

Alternatively you may order books which are not present on our website using our Special Order service. Note that contrary to ordering online, ordering by e-mail is usually slower and it doesn't give you the possibility to track your order on our website.
