Caliban’s special blend is made from a variety of coffee beans; Columbian, Indonesian Mocha, Kenyan, Brazilian, Haiti and just a little Indian Cherry. All are carefully and proportionally mixed, then roasted together until proofed. Extreme care is taken in the blending process to produce a coffee that is perfectly balanced in taste, body and fragrance.

At Caliban’s Coffeehouse we roast our green coffee beans on a vintage cast-iron roaster heated by gas flames from under the drum. We roast everyday to ensure freshness and full flavor.

Using the correct grind to brew your coffee is essential for producing a perfect blend of taste and aroma. Caliban’s Coffee, including Turkish, Espresso, paper/metal filter or French press, can be ground to order.
